Tom Crump
Tom Crump is a visual artist currently based in Leicester, UK. His artwork is inspired by many contemporary influences including body politics, gender and the human identity.
Crump started creating photography at an early age, when he was first given disposable cameras by his parents. He became fascinated with the process of creating images, and was soon through several rolls of film a week. At 16 he studied Photography, which cemented his passion for a photographic career.
He then went to De Montfort University to complete both a degree in photography and video, and a masters degree in the arts.
Since leaving education, crump has began to work across multiple mediums, notably with the inclusion of digital painting.
NOW CRUMP HAS HIS WORK EXHIBITED AND PUBLISHED BOTH ACROSS THE UK AND INTERNATIONALLY IN COUNTRIES SUCH AS ITALY, SWITZERLAND AND JAPAN.
